Never again

I'm ordered twice from this company and every time, the product is said to be "in production" and doesn't get delivered on time. Customer service is horrible and says "it's in production there's nothing we can do". I had two orders, tried to eventually cancel because the delivery time kept moving, was told it was in production and couldn't do anything. Had to dispute with my credit card and cancel payment. A month later I received an email that they couldn't complete my order and they were cancelling it. Never again!

It was like pulling teeth to get my…

It was like pulling teeth to get my first order printed. And they automatically charge a ridiculous 2 day shipping charge which I didn't need. When I FINALLY received my postcards I love them. I thought it would be easy to just re-order and I was wrong. They shipped them too dark and weirdly on the green side. I ordered them way before I needed them knowing this company doesn't move fast. When I called to report that the cards were unusable, I was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. I let customer service know that I needed them in hand by the following Wednesday. I heard NOTHING from this company. After the long Memorial Day weekend I called immediately on Tuesday to find out the status of my order. They had not even looked at my problem much less even consider my deadline of the following day. I asked for a refund and called it a day after being on the phone with the CS agent for 57 minutes! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a waste of your time. Call your local printer and give them your business. They will care about your order and make sure you get what you need.

Worst Printing Company Ever

Uprinting has been my worse nightmare. My first experience with them resulted in one of their employees conducting herself in unprofessional business practices. I had to get management involved which resulted in the employee losing her job.
I decided to give them another chance and I ordered customized shipping boxes from them. When I received the boxes the main color was completely off. When I brought it to their attention, they delayed addressing the issue and when I did get a callback, I told them that they didn't have the printing equipment to print my desired color. Really?! The manager, Mark, just made all these excuses why the color was off.
So, now I'm unable to meet my deadline because it took them too long to ship and the color (and quality) of the product didn't meet my expectations. I was highly disappointed in their customer service and the quality of their products. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

I will never order from them again...

I have ordered from UPrinting for a while and as of late their quality has gotten terrible, as has their packaging and customer service.

On April 30, I ordered two different color tumblers from them (red and smoke), they told me the red was out of stock so I changed it to black. Then they told me it was actually the black that is out of stock so I changed it to red.

They said they were in production. It is supposed to be a 6 day turn around so I talk to customer service again today and they tell me it is the red that is out of stock and that the black is in stock.

I still have the emails.

The black has finally been shipped. But now I'm left with no black tumblers and late orders for my customers.

I also ordered some prints from the. And compared to prints I ordered from them back in March, their paper feels like it has gotten thinner. Honestly, the quality feels terrible and they way they shipped them was horrific. The just threw them at the bottom of the box and put some kraft paper in there. The corners of the box were banged around which means the prints also got damaged.

The past few orders with them have been an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend them to anyways.

I'm so frustrated with their service. Which I hate because I never had issues with them before, until recently.

I have been a customer for years

I don't really get all of the bad reviews. I have been using Uprinting.com for years... like over a decade. I have found results are more consistent than other online printing companies... like when I have to reprint. I don't really remember every being disappointed. It isn't like the old days when a company would pay me as a designer to sit at the printers for half a day to proof and sign off before they run... but then again, there is an enormous price difference from what printing used to be.

Shipping fees

I have been using U-Printing for over a year printing many items from trifold brochures to business cards to leaflets to banners...
I finally MUST STOP... I cannot afford the shipping rates of this company.
I tried to place an order today for a box (1000) business cards... shipping to Florida... shipping STANDARD delivery was 31.53. They told me they follow FEDex rates... I know better as all shipping companies give great rates to companies that ship a lot of freight. Time for me to say good by to Printing! Shipping should not be a separate profit center...

That was very LOW QUALITY of printing

That was very LOW QUALITY of printing. When I got the package sample, I did not even believe that I lived in 21st century - colors were wrong, all the images looked like the were photographed with Nokia-6230. Customer Service is also horrible - they just consume your time and do not look for solutions at all.

Stand Up Company, Quality Work

I have used UPrinting for 3 jobs thus far. They do quality work at fair prices. I can now also say, if there is an issue, they totally stand behind their work. Super customer service for this day and age! These folks earned my future business. Mike Dow, Owner NoNickel.com

Unwilling to hear about order problems, AVOID THIS COMPANY

We ordered business cards to be printed on CLEAR plastic stock. We have had these same cards printed by other vendors in the past, this was not our first go at it. We sent them the very same design other card companies have printed for us in the past, but what we got was totally useless. When we asked about them they constantly tried to blame us, and not once took any thread of responsibility. They asked us "do you understand what clear cards are?" and "But there is a reason why it was called clear business cards". Then later said that we didn't request a proof and they can not help us. what... They never once said "we can not print with solid color inks", or never said "we cant add a white ink background" instead they suggested we use white cards... WHAT... We supplied art work with a white background, they just removed it and printed the card without checking with us. THEY CHANGED OUR DESIGN AND PRINTED WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH US. THEN BLAMED US FOR THE ISSUE. Just a really bad experience we deal with 100's of companies a month, and this company is the worst, snake oil to get people to place overpriced orders then stick you with the trash they produce. You can CLEARLY (pun intended) see the difference between the two cards in my attached image... UPrinting cards are pretty much useless, other printers cards are still printed on Clear stock (edges) so it has all of the positives of plastic, but can be read and used. Order# 7728161

UPDATE 3-19-2021: They did reach out to me, to tell me yet again that I messed up. I should have chose WHITE plastic stock. But they just don't seem to get it. Its printed on the BACK SIDE of CLEAR stock so you can read it through the clear plastic on the front. That can not be done with white plastic. Rather than clear up their confusion with the customer, they print, send, collect money, then blame you. nice....

Misrepresented order

Updating review: Amber from UPrint contacted me and offered a credit toward the order I wanted to begin with. She was courteous and responsive. I am relieved that what I wanted was a reasonable price. She was able to show me the selection that I apparently made but this selection is not viewable on my order. Be very careful when you place an order to be sure that it is what you think it is! I would recommend calling a representative to be sure that you get what you want vs ordering online without this additional guidance. I do appreciate the response that the company provided.

I ordered notecards from this company. The cards arrived and are beautiful but they are not folded. The representative insisted that I should have known based on the specs that the notecards were flat. There was nothing in the specs that indicated that the notecards were flat and not folded. My understanding of a notecard is that it is folded and a postcard is "flat". The specs did not say "flat" and they did not say "not folded." The representative continued to insist that I should have known based on the specs that the notecard was actually a postcard.
I spent way too long on the phone discussing this with the representative who eventually offered me a 20% discount and the advice to call them before placing my order next time. I will not be placing another order with this company and I have paid for something I do not want.

Unacceptable Quality

Ordered black and white prints, I received grey prints, unlike the image I approved or what was advertised on their website. Customer service tries to do what they can, I don't think they receive support from management. The issue was not resolved. Contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
2-12-21 UPrinting has issued a credit for reordering, I will keep you posted on the new prints.
The new prints came in and are as they should be. I had to pay an additional $53 to get them right. It shouldn't take getting on social media to get an issue corrected. I am updating my review score from 1 star to 3 because my final product is nice.

Amazing on 4 different orders

So far I have ordered business cards and flyers from them. The quality has been perfect. I've tried a few other places and none can match the value to quality I've gotten from them.

They had good upfront pricing. And then they'll hit you with INSANE "Shipping" Charges. I've never seen shipping charges that high, I will also never use them again. I feel RIPPED OFF.

I was on line with them almost instantly. In fact, a real live person telephoned me not long after to make sure my question was answered and the banner was satisfactory. You can't beat the personal touch!
